Our Story

Hi Buy Mama is founded by Faustina, a mother to a toddler she affectionately calls CEO boss baby, her one true boss. While searching for meaningful toys for CEO boss baby, she came upon the world of "Busy" and became obsessed with the beautiful hand crafted busy books that she came upon, Not only were they beautiful and colourful, they were made with soft durable felt that was non-toxic and perfect for little hands. Created with Montessori principles in mind, the books were minimalistic, and inspired focus, imagination, and creativity. 

Hi Buy Mama's busy books are thoughtfully designed and crafted with entirely sewn elements and vibrant colors with the following principles in mind - open ended play, creative thinking, logic, fine motor skills, and cognitive thinking. Our Montessori-aligned books not only provide a fun and engaging way for children to learn, but are also perfect for speech and occupational therapy.  

Every book undergoes multiple rounds of design and sampling before production to ensure long lasting quality and relevance for our children. Every busy book is sure to delight your toddlers and preschoolers.

These products promote emotional literacy in young children and are designed to help parents guide their children to identify, understand, manage, regulate and communicate their feelings and emotional needs. We firmly believe skills that investing in our children's' emotional well-being at a young age will go towards raising confident adults with positive attitude towards life and strong self-image and self-esteem.
