Lovely book but sharing some areas of improvement

Hi there! I really like the book for my 9m old daughter but just wanted to share a few areas that I had some challenges with:

1) the bear on the front page in the rocket is super cute! But unfortunately it can’t stay “stuck” to the rocket so it keeps falling out when I bring the book around. Maybe explore a magnet?
2) for the fish page, the ribbons started fraying at the ends - might be good to somehow stitch it or burn it off so it doesn’t fray
3) the zipper for the whale seems a bit stiff, I can’t get it to zip and unzip smoothly :(
