Refund policy
All sales are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, there may be minor variations compared to product images, and these will not be considered defective. No two pieces of handmade products will be identical, and the small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of handmade products. There may also be some variation in fabrics and colors compared to pictures on our website, as these may vary from batch to batch depending on availability of raw materials and accessories. Products made of organic materials may also have differences in colour, or grain, which are not considered defective.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us at info@hibuymama.com with details including your order number, description of defect, and photos of item within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request, and if it is determined that your item is defective, we kindly request that you send the item back to us via tracked delivery, at your cost, for inspection. Items that are returned to us without our consent will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly note that if the item/s are found, within reasonable opinion, to be not defective, or defective due to wear and tear and/or misuse, we will be unable to accept the return, and will arrange for the item/s to be sent back to you. In this case, we are unable to bear the cost of any postage.
If your item/s are found to be defective, rest assured that we will arrange for a one-for-one exchange of the item, including door-to-door courier, and reimburse you the amount paid for your return postage. If we are unable to exchange the item/s, we will facilitate a refund for your item/s in the form of store vouchers.
We appreciate your kind understanding that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are only applicable only in Singapore and not applicable for international shipments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
