Shipping policy
All ready stock items are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon order confirmation. Please ensure that the full and correct address is accurate in your order. We will not be responsible in the event that the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
If there are preorder items in your order, your order will be shipped out when all your items are ready. If you wish to receive your ready stocks first, please cart them out separately.
To facilitate a successful delivery, kindly ensure that you are (or a representative) is present at the delivery address to receive your package. If any subsequent delivery attempts are required, additional charges may be imposed by the delivery company.
Delivery within Singapore
We offer free local courier for all orders above S$50 within Singapore. A flat rate of S$5 is charged for orders below S$50. Once your order is shipped out, it will take 2 to 5 business days to reach you.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping.
Rates for Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam are complimentary for orders above S$70, and S$8 for orders under. Orders take 6 to 10 working days to reach you after dispatch.
